چکیده
Introduction: Tuberculosis is a chronic, highly contagious disease caused by the Bacillus Mycobacterium tuberculosis and spreads from person to through air. affects lungs majorly but also other parts of body, such as brain, intestine, spine kidney. The main cause for patient’s non-adherence anti-tuberculosis therapy ADRs varying degrees severity hepatotoxicity etc. Aim: This study aimed provide proper understanding Adverse drug reactions resulted due Anti-TB in TB patients based on various studies done agents induced ADRs. Conclusion:Anti- Tuberculosisdrug (Anti-TB)could several both mild severe types majority ADR were wild, more attention needed prevent enhance current therapy. suggests that better depth prevention many with larger population needed, requires some revisionto fatal hepatotoxicity.

Adverse drug reactions induced by cardiovascular drugs in outpatients
UNLABELLED Considering increased use of cardiovascular drugs and limitations in pre-marketing trials for drug safety evaluation, post marketing evaluation of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) induced by this class of medicinal products seems necessary. OBJECTIVES To determine the rate and seriousness of adverse reactions induced by cardiovascular drugs in outpatients. To compare sex and different...
متن کاملOphthalmic adverse drug reactions to systemic drugs: a systematic review.
PURPOSE To perform a comprehensive and systematic review regarding ophthalmic adverse drug reactions (ADRs) to systemic drugs to: (i) systematically summarize existing evidence, (ii) identify areas, ophthalmic ADRs or drugs that lacked systematization or assessment (namely drugs with original studies characterizing specific ophthalmic ADRs but without causality assessment nor without meta-analy...
متن کاملCutaneous adverse drug reactions induced by Oxcarbazepine
Poster background Oxcarbazepine (OXC) is a structural analog of carbamazepine (CBZ). OXC is considered a promising alternative medication for patients who cannot tolerate CBZ because of its equivalent clinical effiecacy and fewer cutaneous adverse drug reactions (cADRs) compared to CBZ. HLAB*15:02 allele was shown to strongly associate with carbamazepine (CBZ)-induced Stevens-Johnson syndrome (...
متن کاملAnticonvulsant Drugs and Severe Adverse Cutaneous Drug Reactions: A Longitudinal Observational Study
Background: Severe Adverse Cutaneous Reactions to Drugs (SACRDs) are skin eruptions due to drugs, which can cause morbidity and morbidity in patients. Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine the offending drug/agents and clinical phenotypes of SACRDs leading to admissions to the hospital. Materials & Methods: We conducted a retrospective cross-sectional study during one year (March...
متن کاملDifferences between Drug-Induced and Contrast Media-Induced Adverse Reactions Based on Spontaneously Reported Adverse Drug Reactions
OBJECTIVE We analyzed differences between spontaneously reported drug-induced (not including contrast media) and contrast media-induced adverse reactions. METHODS Adverse drug reactions reported by an in-hospital pharmacovigilance center (St. Mary's teaching hospital, Daejeon, Korea) from 2010-2012 were classified as drug-induced or contrast media-induced. Clinical patterns, frequency, causal...
